*10* SURE SHOT on New York Knicks.
Both the Portland Trail Blazers and the New York Knicks are coming into this contest with a 10-14 straight up record for the season. The Trail Blazers were in action last night though, and this looks like a favorable spot for the Knicks.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Portland's Schedule - This will be the Trail Blazers first game back home after playing four straight on the road since last Saturday, the most recent at Phoenix only yesterday. They're 5-11-1 ATS in their last 17 home games following a road trip of seven or more days and have covered the spread in just two of their last seven when playing on back-to-back nights.
2. Bounce Back Time For The Knicks - The visitors are off four consecutive defeats but lost by just two points in Thursday's 99-97 defeat at Sacramento. They're 7-2 ATS in their last nine games following a ATS win and must like their chances of ending the skid tonight.
3. X-Factor - Former Portland center Robin Lopez signed with New York as a free agent over the summer and will push on his teammates to play extra hard tonight.
Selection: This is a play on the New York Knicks (10*)
