*8* Total DOMINATION on UNDER Thunder/Lakers.
The Oklahoma City Thunder will play their third consecutive game against an L.A. based team and second in less than a week against the Lakers when they tip off at Staples Center Wednesday night. The Thunder battled back from an early deficit to eek out a 100-99 win against the Clippers Monday while the Lakers upset the Nuggets 111-107 in Denver last night. A lot of signs are pointing toward a low-scoring contest here, and I recommend a play on the UNDER.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. The Lakers' Revenge - The Thunder annihilated the Lakers in an emphatic 118-78 win at Oklahoma City last Saturday. The Lakers should have a better grip of their offense this time around though, and I expect the home-team to come out playing extremely hard on defense tonight.
2. Kobe Bryant - The Lakers' superstar led them team with 31 points while logging 32 minutes of playing time at Denver last night. He came into that game questionable with a shoulder injury though, and odds are the 37 year old will be more than a little sore tonight.
3. X-Factor - Five of the Thunder's last seven away from home have gone under the total.
Selection: This is a play on OKC@LAL to go UNDER the total (8*)
