*10* TOP TOTAL on UNDER Vikes/Packers.
The Green Bay Packers will host the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field on Sunday night, and the NFC North is up for grabs. With so much at stake here, I expect both teams to have a cautious approach, and points should be hard to come by. My money is on the total to go under.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The Vikings have failed to reach the total in eight of their last nine versus teams with a winning record, and the under is 11-4-1 in Vikings last 16 games overall.
2. Quarterbacks - Aaron Rodgers was sacked eight times in last week's loss to Arizona. He's been limited to 220 yards or less in five of his last six starts. The Packers sacked Teddy Bridgewater six times in a 30-13 win at Minnesota earlier this year. Only the St. Louis Rams have thrown for fewer yards this season than Minnesota. While that isn't a big surprise, it's a little more shocking that the Packers rank 25th in passing offense.
3. X-Factor - The Packers have failed to reach the total in five straight at home.
Selection: This is a play on the Vikes@Packers to go UNDER the total (10*)
