The St. Louis Blues will host Central Division rivals the Nashville Predators at Scottrade Center Tuesday night. The Preds are off a successful homestand which saw them take three of four home at Nashville, but they lost at St. Louis on Dec. 17 and odds are they'll lose to the Blues tonight as well.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Situational - The Predators defeated the Rangers 5-3 last night but had lost 3-2 to the Red Wings two days prior. They're 1-7 in their last eight in the third game of a 3-in-4 situation and have won only one of their last five on the road.

2. Pekka Rinne's Road Woes - The 33 year old Fin has a 2.91 GAA over 12 road starts this season and he's 0-5-2 over his last seven road games.

3. X-Factor - Vladimir Tarasenko has registered four goals and seven points during a five-game point streak in front of the home-town crowd.
