*10* Total MASSACRE on UNDER Suns/Spurs.
The San Antonio Spurs are looking to improve on their perfect 18-0 record home at AT&T Center as they host the Phoenix Suns Wednesday night. The Suns have just one win over their last eight games, and while this looks like it could be a one-sided contest, my money is on it to be a low-scoring one instead.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Situational - The San Antonio Spurs opened the month in a furious tempo and put up some amazing offensive numbers. Their last three games have seen an average of only 185 points though, and with a revenge-game against the Rockets on deck Saturday we might see the Spurs starting to rest starters if/once they get a comfortable lead.
2. Previous Meetings - Each of the last five meetings overall have gone under the total and the same is true for four of the last five match-ups at San Antonio.
3. X-Factor - San Antonio is the toughest team to score on in the league, allowing just 88.8 points per game.
Selection: This is a play on the PHO@SAS to go UNDER the total (10*)
