The Carolina Hurricanes saw a four-game winning streak come to an end Friday when they lost 3-2 in overtime against Vancouver. I think they'll in for another defeat when travelling to Pittsburgh for a game against the Penguins Saturday afternoon.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Carolina's Schedule - The Canes have been matched hard of late as this will be their fourth game since Tuesday and third in four days. They're 1-4 in their last five in the third game of a 3-in-4 situation and 5-13 in their last 18 in the fourth game of a 4-in-6 situation.

2. Home Cookin' - The Pens will be eager to play in front of the home-town crowd coming off a four-game trek. They're 82-34 in their last 116 when hosting a team with a losing road record and they've won seven of the last 10 when hosting Carolina.

3. X-Factor - The Pens newly acquired speedy Swede Carl Hagelin will make his debut tonight.
