ROGERS' 10* BLOWOUT OF THE WEEK! (11-4 L15)
(NBA) Houston vs. Toronto,
Point Spread: -7.00 | -108.00 Toronto (Home)
Result: Loss
Point Spread: -7.00 | -108.00 Toronto (Home)
Result: Loss
The Houston Rockets have lost four of their last six games, the most recent a 108-100 setback at Chicago last night. I don't like their chances of
rebounding with a win when they travel to Toronto for a match-up against the Raptors the next day.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. The Rockets On No Rest - Houston is 1-6 ATS in its last seven games
when playing on back-to-back nights. The team is not deep at all and
key-players such as Harden and Howard are asked to log to many minutes
to stay competitive during tough patches of the schedule.
2. Home Cookin' - The Raptors have won 12 straight home at Air Canada
Centre and the Rockets have covered the spread on only one of their last 12 visits.
3. X-Factor - DeMar DeRozan finished Friday's 117-115 win against the
Trail Blazers with 38 points and he had a career-high 42 points in a
99-96 victory over the Rockets in the previous meeting in March last
year.
Selection: This is a play on the Toronto Raptors (10*)
