Meanwhile the Sabres have kept up with or beaten just about everyone they've faced, including the cream of the NHL crop. While their goals against numbers are not great, this young team have been scoring with the best of them, and no doubt enjoying their role as a spoiler.

Tampa is seriously underachieving and has played their way into a wild card spot. Take the Sabres + 1 1/2. An outright Buffalo win would not really surprise me.
