It sounds as if the game between the Bucs and Colts could be a real tune-up with most starters including Brady and Ryan involved. The Colts' starters are projected to play at least a half, while Tampa Bay's plans are a little less certain. Will we see much of Brady or more of Trask? Trask did not impress last week, but he did put up some yards in week one. We will see the starting Buccaneers' running backs on Saturday.
We can expect to see more of Ryan than Brady on Saturday. He likely needs a game situation to fine-tune his new offense.The Colts are at home, and it is understandable that he and the Colt's offense will want to impress, preseason or no. The Colts' offense has been competitive even with their 2nd and third string quarterbacks to date. Defense against the run was lacking last week, and they will face a tough Bucs running game.
While neither team has won in preseason, we've seen higher totals than Saturday's number in 3 of 4 games. I expect an offense-driven game on Saturday, and am wagering on the total to go over.
