It was a low-scoring game last night between these two teams, but with Johnny Cueto and Logan Gilbert starting Tuesday, we're in store for a much higher-scoring affair.

Since the All Star Break, Gilbert is just 1-2 with a 4.84 ERA. He did win his last start, but that was his first win going back to 7/3. He hasn't been striking out many batters, who are also making solid contact against him.

The White Sox only got five hits last night, but their lineup has delivered a .281 average over the last week and produced 11 or more hits four different times.

Cueto has been a surprise for the White Sox rotation, but I'm not sure he can keep it going. Two starts ago, he allowed seven runs in an ugly loss to Arizona.

The Mariners are also averaging 5.6 runs over the last seven games and last night was only the second time in 20 games they didn't score at least three. Consider the Over here.
