The Irish will host ACC rivals Miami on Wednesday, and strangely Notre Dame is just a short favorite. With a home record of 13-1, and signature wins over North Carolina and Louisville, I think the Irish should be a much bigger favorite in this spot. Miami is 5-4 on the road, but this looks like a tough spot for the Canes, who haven't won at South Bend in 16 years.
The Canes will be shorthanded tonight, without key reserve player Ja'Quan Newton: "We don't replace him. We just tell Angel to play a lot more minutes," Larranaga said. "Ja'Quan just had a fantastic regular season. I believe he should win the ACC sixth man of the year award." Notre Dame is 4-0 ATS in it's last four home games, while Miami is 2-5 ATS in it's last 7 road games.
