The Saint Mary's Gaels are rollin', with a 9-1 overall record through their first ten games. They are in a tough spot tonight though, on the road facing a decent Santa Clara team. The Broncos are coming off back-to-back road losses, but like them as a home dog tonight.

1. Previous History - The Broncos are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games versus a team with a winning straight up record, and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 versus teams from the West Coast Conference.
2. Home Cookin' - The Broncos have the advantage at the free throw line, hitting better than 69 percent. The Gaels are hitting just 66.2 percent, and they hit just 25 percent from the charity stripe in a loss to Cal in their only true road game.
3. X-Factor - The Gaels were just 20-of-51 (39.2%) from the field in a 71-70 loss at Santa Clara when these teams last met at the end of last season.
