With Kuhl facing Fleming there will be too many scoring opportunities in this game to feel good about the under. As strong as the Tampa Bay bullpen was last season, they still allowed at least four runs in nine of the 10 games that Josh Flemming pitched in last season. On the other side, Tampa Bay put up at least four runs in each of their games in Detroit to start the season and should erupt here. Chad Kuhl allowed at least five runs in five of his last nine starts last season and allowed at least three runs in 13 straight starts. There's a high chance both of these teams get to at least four runs on Tuesday, and I would not be surprised if the Rays can get to at least six. Take the over.
