I'd recommend buying the Browns to +3 for insurance, but I do expect them to win this game outright. Cleveland has a reputation for being a disappointment, but not so much against the Bengals. Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski comes into this season under alot of pressure but is 5-1 straight up against the Bengals in his career.
