Expect the Penn State offense to be successful against an Illinois defense that gave up 186 rushing yards to Toledo and 262 rushing yards (539 total) to Kansas. I expect Penn State to cover, but when looking at a 14-15 point spread, but I also expect Illinois to continue rallying offensively in the second half and get to the over.
