The New York Mets have a lot to play for here as they try to hold off the Atlanta Braves in the NL East. New York has also won the last eight starts made by Chris Bassitt with seven of those wins coming by at least two runs or more. The Mets have also had a margin of at least two runs in each of their last six wins overall.

The Cubs are in a tough spot having a later travel night on Sunday. They are without Wilson Contreras and also could be missing Nico Hoerner, who are two of the teams top three position players according to WAR. Chicago has also been outscored 20-4 in their last three road games.

I don't love taking a lot of big runline favorites at home in September, but this is a good spot to do it. Take the Mets.
