The Mariners fans will be excited to host postseason baseball again; unfortunately for them, I think they will be waiting at least another year to host the next one.
Lance McCullers Jr has a 2.66 ERA in nine career games in Seattle and with a 2.83 ERA in 16 postseason games is no stranger to pressure. For Seattle rookie George Kirby the pressure is new. Kirby had a good year overall but began to regress late with a 5.89 ERA in his last four regular season starts, all against losing teams.
Getting the experienced Astros at close to even money is too good to pass up here, as I have believe this line should be more around -130, and it will likely get there later.. Houston also has won four straight games in Seattle.
