I'm playing on KC. After getting pounded yesterday, I expect the Royals to bounce back. Yesterday, it was the Tigers starting a southpaw, the Royals a right-hander. Today, however, it's the opposite. KC lefty Minor comes in full of confidence, as he's off an absolute gem. Through seven complete innings, he limited the A's to just three hits and one run. He struck out eight, while walking only one. After a very hot May, Mize has come back to earth somewhat in June. The right-hander doesn't figure to get much run support today and the Royals will be seeing him for the third time since May 12th. The Tigers stopped their skid yesterday. Today, it's the Royals' turn to do so.
