These D-Backs are right on the Dodgers ass and the Dodgers need to win this series desperately to create some separation. The Padres are right on their ass as well, so they really need every one of these games. We get Stone vs Kelly here, and Gavin Stone has been a nice surprise this year for the Dodgers, with a 3.33 ERA and 1.21 WHIP. Merrill Kelly has struggled in his last three starts, with a 6.75 ERA and 1.56 WHIP over his last 16 innings. We like the Dodgers here as we like the pitching matchup and the Dodgers will have plenty of motivation.
