The Scarlet Knights are going exactly what most teams that do not have a freshman stud named Johnny Manziel do when they upgrade the conference. They start out well with the new kid in town chip on their shoulder. It is almost a one-way conference rival. Then once they win a game or two, they no longer sneak up on teams. They are in uncharted water of playing quality teams back-to-back, which they did not do in the Big East/AAC.

After a 4-1 against the spread start, they are 1-3. Hoosiers QB Zander Diamont has gotten some baptism by fire because of injuries, but now he faces a beatable foe.
