As a general rule of thumb, scheduling benefits the home team if there is an unrested versus rested. However when the opposite is true and we have an unrested home versus rested road, the road team is about a 54 percent winner. Now that is not jaw dropping, but as gamblers what we want is an edge. And over 1,600 games, that qualifies.

But I was especially interested in Denver as they have the high elevation. When the Nuggets are the unrested versus rested home team they are just 22-37 including 2-11 the last 13. What is most interesting is that they are coming from Salt Lake City another high elevation city and they traveled in between.

Add to that home underdogs off a win of three or less are 184-280-6.
