CFB Moneyline Game of the Year

Yes long time clients, I am going against our theory of listen to what the oddsmakers are saying. However, as computer software gets better and better undefeated big bowl underdogs are not the go-against I thought. Yes in recent years, but not so much historically.

Yes we had faded FSU a good part of the year, but we knew they never needed style points and would always be at a motivation disadvantage as everyone else was playing their biggest game of the year.

Now FSU truly has a chip on their shoulder for the first time this season. And all they do is win. Only Oregon has a loss this year. FSU has a lot of key players back from a national championship team. One that has won 29 in a row.

Marcus Mariota is the best player on Oregon. He is the second best QB in the game. He has four career losses. Jameis Winston is 26-0 as a starter. When Florida State is trailing by 15 points or more, Winston is 16 for 22 (73 percent) for 279 yards with a TD, no INTs and a gaudy 194.26 passer rating. Yes we hate the asshole, but he is one of the best, possibly the best clutch QB in college history.

Senior cornerback Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, a consensus All-America and likely first- or second-round pick in the 2015 NFL draft, was lost for the postseason when he tore his ACL the week before Christmas. That sucks for the Ducks. Sometimes I wish I could just be a fan and root against the Criminoles but we love making money first. They win outright.
