We've got Big West action in SoCal Thursday night, as UC Irvine welcomes UC Santa Barbara. These are two of the better teams in the league, and I'm expecting offensive fireworks.

The homestanding Anteaters (a top-10 mascot in college sports, by the way) come in off of just their fourth loss of the season. They got trounced in the second half by UC San Diego, giving up 53 points in the final 20 minutes. UCI's offense didn't play badly, but defensively, they couldn't stop a nosebleed in the second stanza. UCSB, meanwhile, plays fast, usually scoring in the 70's or 80's thanks to a balanced offensive attack with four players averaging double-figures in points.

With this in mind, I think the total's a bit too low. My guess is a game played in the 70's, and with that in mind, I want the over.
