Saturday's Big 12 slate includes Arizona State playing host to Texas Tech. It's been a long season for the Sun Devils, who sit near the bottom of the conference standings, but I think this will be a very fun game, especially if you like offense.

Arizona State has major defensive issues, ones that got highlighted in a 113-100 loss at Arizona earlier this week. The Sun Devils like to run, and they can score, but their defense allowed the Wildcats to shoot 59% from the floor. Add in that ASU forced just six turnovers (against 21 assists), and you've got a team that clearly has problems on that end of the floor.

That's rotten news given that Texas Tech is one of the most offensively-efficient teams in the league. They love shooting the three and average more than 10 made three-pointers per game, good for second in the conference. They enjoy playing fast, too, and while their defense isn't terrible, it's also not top-notch.

For that reason, I think we're in line for a track meet on Saturday, and I'm stunned this total isn't several points higher. Give me the over, and let's hope both teams have fun going up and down the floor on one another this weekend.
