Chicago is in a must-win situation as it fights for the AL Central title. Cease had gone 14 straight starts without allowing multiple runs until giving up three runs to Houston last time out. At the plate, the Sox are missing three key players from their lineup due to injuries. When everyone is healthy the Sox offense is one of the best in baseball, but when not they struggle to score runs. Civale has allowed just four runs and struck out 21 over his last four appearances. I don't see the Indians scoring much off Cease in this one.
