Iowa enters this matchup 6-1 and in the top 20, and I think their defense and linebackers will contain McSorely. The Hawkeyes will be looking to see what the Michigan State squad did to bring home a win as they were able to really upset the Nittany Lions in the game. The defense for the Hawkeyes has been doing really well by giving up only 14.1 points a game and that is ranked 5th in the nation. The rushing defense is ranked 3rd in the nation by giving up only 79.6 yards a game. The passing defense is ranked 19th and is giving up only 178.6 yards a game. The Hawkeyes have a defense that has shut down some of the best offenses in the nation and the Nittany Lions have really not shown up big lately and that is evident in the loss to Michigan State, who had a bad defense. The Nittany Lions defense is also playing horrible and will not put up much of a challenge to the Hawkeyes offense in this game as the Hawkeyes have a great chance to steal the underdog outright win here as the Penn St playoff hopes are spoiled.
