He's got a 2.33 ERA and 0.879 WHIP in his last 3 starts. Paxton has only had one bad start so far in 2023. Chicago will counter with Lance Lynn, who has been all over the place and Lynn is coming off a16 K's performance tying a team record but he won't repeat that and only has a 4-8 record, 6.51 ERA and 1.506 WHIP over 15 starts. He's got a 7.64 ERA in 6 home starts and the White Sox are just 4-13 vs the AL East and the Red Sox are 11-6 vs the Central and Chicago struggles vs lefties and in day games.
