He is 2-1 with a 0.50 ERA with 19 strikeouts this season. The Tigers will counter Michael Fulmer on the mound. This season he has posted a 1-1 record to go with a 3.94 ERA and 15 strikeouts. He is 2-5 with a 4.96 ERA against Kansas City for his career. Duffy has been the best starter on the staff while Fulmer is having to pitch on very short rest. Fulmer has not pitched well against the Royals in his career. I like KC at this short number.
