NFL - Saints @ Cardinals
(NFL) New Orleans vs. Arizona,
Money Line: -147.00 Arizona (Home)
Result: Win
Another trashy Thursday Night Football Game, where both teams are hard to trust and we have to dig deeper than usual to get a confident play. Saints and Cardinals have bottom 20 defenses, but the Saints are by far the worst of the 2, averaging 31 points per game the last 3 straight; while the Cardinals held a good Eagles team to 20 points, and gave only allowed more than 20 points 1 time this season. Cardinals are getting DHop back tonight, and New acquisition Robby Anderson will debut as well which gives Kingsbury and Kyler a much needed boost in the stagnant offense they've shown this season. One thing the Saints do well is run the football with Alvin and Taysom Hill, however the Cardinals are 7th in rushing yards allowed and 17th in Rushing TDs allowed, so it will be interesting to see what New Orleans does to limit being made 1-dimensional. I'm siding with the better defensive team and roster construction as both 2-4 teams slug it out Thursday. Too many injuries on both sides of the ball for New Orleans which indicates why they are so low in defensive metrics, especially in the pass defense category. Kliff is also a coach on a hot seat, and a loss at home to New Orleans could signal a vacant seat if this goes bad.

Official Play: Cardinals ML

Side Bet: Kyler over 1.5 Passing TDs
