I'm taking Tom and the Buccs -13 in this game but NOT because I believe in this Buccs Offense that just got shut down by Pittsburgh and needs to prove some competency; I'm taking the Buccs -13 because I expect this defense to limit offensive yards to PJ Walker and a below average offense with Baker Mayfield, CMC, Robby Anderson not available and the fire-sale players who will probably be traded within the next week. There wont be any motivation for this panthers team to win this game as many could be leaving this rebuilding team is trading the core and just fired a coach they paid way too much money for. This may go under the total given the Buccs offensive woes, and the fact that the Panthers will need to rely on the defensive stars they do possess and that being the only bright spot of the team as a whole.
