I'm on the Mavs -8 @ home vs the Rockets for these reasons:

- Rockets essentially have nothing to play for, with the Warriors beating them and having lost 4 straight and will miss the playoffs and Play-In tournament.

- Mavs are still climbing the standings and are two games behind the Clippers for the 4th seed which I think they deserve when analyzing the two teams since the Allstar break.

- Luka missed the last game on the 5th vs the warriors and will likely be back today even though he's listed questionable.

- Mavs last beat the Rockets in the end of March @ Houston 125 to 107.

- PJ Washington should have a field day in the paint vs Houston who have struggled against prominent big men without having their Big man Sengun available.

- Mavs are 3-1 ATS at home vs the Rockets in the last 4 meetings in Dallas.
