I'm on the mavs Moneyline vs the Clippers for these reasons:

- Mavs are the deeper team. They made great acquisitionso before trade deadline to prepare for a playoff run. Adding Daniel Gafford and PJ Washington is only boistering their overall lineup, and vs a slow paced team like Clippers, it's going to be rough on both ends for the home team.

- First game played this season between the two where Clippers won't have Kawhi Leonard. He averaged over 24 points per game vs the Mavs this season and it's a huge hole to fill in a playoff series.

- Both teams ended the season decently, but match making for Clippers will be tough. They do not have the defensive acumen as we are accustomed to seeing. Mavs have stepped up their defense, going 4-2 in the last 6 road games and holding teams under an average of 110 points in that stretch.
