MLB - Bluejays @ Brewers
(MLB) Toronto vs. Milwaukee,
Money Line: -108.00 Milwaukee (Home)
Result: Win
Money Line: -108.00 Milwaukee (Home)
Result: Win
I'm on the Brewers to win their opening game to this series ar home for these reasons:
- Batting advantage lies with the Brewers who bat even better at home. Their top tier in hits, Runs and RBI.
- Bluejays are bottom tier in terms of hits per inning as well as runs per game. Colin Rea is on the mound for the Brewers and he's 4-2 on the season, a 3.35 ERA and 1.35 WHIP. He's only got 44 strikeouts in 63 innings because the Fielding unit is also elite. I don't see the Bluejays capitalizing on any hits that they may even get off Colin, but I also expect Colin to garner strikeouts against a poor hitting team. Colin has allowed 21 hits in his last 23 innings. That's under a hit per inning the past 4 starts.
- Jose Berrios is 2-3 on the road this season with a 3.76 ERA away from home. He's given up 21 hits in his last 4 starts, that's 1.3 hits per inning in that stretch.
Official Play: Brewers Moneyline
Side Bet: Berrios over 5.5 hits allowed
Hail Mary: Under 8.5 Runs
