I’m on Alabama moneyline on the road vs Purdue for these reasons:
- Purdue are the worse defense in this equation. Giving up 78 points on average the last 2 games, it’s going to be easy picking for the Bama Tide offensively, and while getting the stops needed to hold the Boilermakers from a high scoring output will be hard, I trust Alabama defensively in what is projected to be a close game within 5 points in the end. Alabama has one more road game before returning home to play Illinois, then they’ll play Houston, while Purdue have back to back ranked teams on tap, playing Marquette after Alabama. Bama should be going all out here, and I’m fine with the decent odds money available.
