The Orioles have always played the Rays tough and have won the last eight of nine games against them. Eflin pitches against his former team and he should be able to lock down on them and the Orioles should win the game. They are starting to hit again and they have done well at Tropicana Field, going 6-0 in their last 6 games when playing on the road against Tampa Bay. Littell has been serviceable for the Rays, but they don’t have the better starting lineup in this matchup and they are struggling to hit at home, as they are only batting .228 versus opponents. Baltimore should bounce back in this spot.
