The Padres have shown plenty of resolve lately, climbing back from deficits to win. They were down early again on Monday but scored six runs in the fifth inning to take a comfortable lead. On Tuesday, I'm betting they will use their momentum to take the first lead of the game, for a change. With SP Dylan Cease (zero runs on two hits with seven Ks in 6.0 IP in his last start) on the mound, San Diego has the cache to come out on top!
