I'm backing Zack Littell and the Rays on Monday night. The TB SP has pitched well this season, surrendering two runs in his first three starts (15.1 combined IP) before facing the Angels for a second consecutive outing. Pitching against the same team in back-to-back starts is a challenge, and while he wasn't lights-out (three runs on eight hits with seven Ks in 5.2 IP), I can look past that.

I believe Littell will DEAL tomorrow against a Tigers lineup slashing .215 BA/.299 OBP/.335 SLG/.634 OPS with a 28.3 strikeout % vs. right-handed pitchers this season. In his lone start against Detroit last season, he gave up just three hits and no runs in a six-inning gem.

Tampa Bay is a talented team, and while it's off to an uneven start, I feel confident it will be a winner at The Trop on Monday.
