Baltimore Overs have been one of the top cashing trends in the NFL this season and we’re going to play it again tonight against a Bengals team that has seen the Over cash in six of their nine contests.
Baltimore has seen the Over go 7-1 in their games because they’re the top-scoring team in the AFC and are 23rd in points allowed with 24.3. The points allowed are even worse because three games have come against the Raiders, Broncos, and Browns, three of the nine lowest-scoring teams in the league.
The good news for the Ravens defense is no one gives up fewer rush yards. The bad news is no one gives up more yards through the air. You might be tempted to think that’s because their opponents are often behind and forced to throw the ball. But, in reality, they are also #1 in yards per attempt. Their opponents throw because that’s the only way they can move the ball.
Cincinnati is always a tough out for the Birds because that’s how their offense is geared. They are 27th in rushing yards but 7th in passing. They are exactly the kind of team Baltimore does not want to face. They played a month ago and the score was tied 38-38 at the end of regulation. The Bengals rushed for just 78 yards but Burrow completed 30 passes for 391 yards, both season highs. The Bengals did a decent job against the run but still gave up 175 yards on 5.1 ypc. Jackson made up for it by throwing for 348 yards and four TDs. This one should be another fun game and we should see a ton of points.
