Jaguars (+) over Raiders- After opening the season with three straight losses Jacksonville has won their last two while Oakland is 3-0 on the road with wins over New Orleans, Tennessee and Baltimore by a total of nine points. The Raiders seem to be the public choice week after week and after what I saw in their last to Kansas City I don't see how. Oakland coach Jack Del Rio is returning to Jacksonville for the first time since being fired as their head coach in 2011. Blake Bortles is improving but Derek Carr has a pair of 'go-to' receivers in Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree but without a running game it won't be enough here. Take the JAGUARS!
