Oakland meanwhile, resides in last place in the AL West but have a 33-29 winning record at home and will be starting Jharel Cotton (5-9, 5.72 ERA) who is winless in his last four starts but is 1-0 allowing just one earned run in 12.2/3 innings against the Royals.
