Padres over Nationals- The continuation of yesterday's suspended game will start at 1:05 (gun fire aside) and the scheduled game will start at 4:35. The thing that surprised me in yesterdays game was the fact that after scoring 24 runs the day before San Diego had scored eight more in six innings Saturday. So, the Padres who have won 4-of-5 at Washington will start Joe (No-hit) Musgrove (5-7, 2.93 ERA) who is 0-2 lifetime against the Nats while the home club will start their best in Max Scherzer (7-4, 2.66) who is 4-2 against the Pods. Both starters where banged around against their respective opponents in early July. Bats are hot...take SAN DIEGO!
