Meanwhile Detroit scored 43 runs en route to winning six of seven. Justin Verlander (2-2, 5.46 ERA) needs all the runs he can get as he has yet to return to his former Cy Young self. Cleveland will start Josh Tomlin (3-0, 3.18) who is 1-0 with a 1.35 ERA against the Tigers this season. Take the INDIANS!
