Miami at Chicago Cubs 8:05 ET
Marlins over Cubs- The Cubs who hit a dry spot before the All-star game have reeled off 11 wins in their 17 games since the break as their pitching has been outstanding not allowing a run in their last 18 innings. Chicago has the best home and overall record in the 'Majors' and yet the are an underdog at home and have Jason Hammel (10-5, 3.23 ERA) starting tonight against Miami's Jose Fernandez (12-5, 2.79). We are all aware of how effective Fernandez has been in his young career but to be favored her raises an eyebrow. However, Hammel is 2-5 with a 3.97 ERA against the Marlins losing on June 26. It's too strange to pass...take MIAMI!
