(NHL) San Jose vs. Pittsburgh,
Total: 5.00 | 125.00 Under
Result: Loss
There was a rust factor and a feeling out process in Game 1 of this Stanley Cup Final. Yet there still were five goals scored with the Penguins firing off 41 shots in their 3-2 victory this past Monday.

The Sharks were off offensively. Their top players couldn't get good shots. I don't see that happening in this Game 2. The Penguins aren't that strong defensively to keep the Sharks from scoring like they did in two of the three periods on Monday.

San Jose hasn't encountered a team as fast as Pittsburgh. The closest similar rush team they faced in the playoffs was Nashville. The Sharks scored three or more goals against the Predators in six of their seven games, three times putting up five goals. San Jose has the capability to adjust and play just as fast, too. The over has cashed 20 of the last 26 times the Sharks have played an above .500 opponent.

Look for much better games from Joe Pavelski, Joe Thornton and Patrick Marleau. They're going to be more concerned about offense and attacking then backchecking and letting the Penguins' speed dominate.

So I'm envisioning a wide open game. The Penguins have gone over the total 71 percent of the time during their last 35 home games. They aren't going to change their style especially after winning Game 1.
