Mississippi Valley State could be the worst team in the country. The Delta Devils have strong credentials for this: Last in defense giving up 99.6 points a game. Last in points per possession and near the bottom in scoring at 55.7 points per game. They also are a terrible rebounding team. None of their players even averages five boards a game.
That's why Mississippi Valley State is 0-9 SU, 2-7 ATS. 
Alabama State just started playing in January. The Hornets are 0-3. Their last game was this past Saturday, a nine-point road loss to Arkansas Pine Bluff. 
Mississippi Valley State hasn't played in 10 days. The Delta Devils' last game also was against Arkansas Pine Bluff. They lost to them by 40 points. 
The Hornets have covered eight of their last 11 games.
