(NFL) New Orleans vs. NY Jets,
Point Spread: -5.00 | -112.00 New Orleans (Away)
Result: Win
Sean Payton has been the Saints' head man since 2006. Never before had his Saints endured a five-game losing skid - until now. A combination of injuries to multiple key players plus a hard schedule have caused New Orleans to go 0-5 in its last five games.

Now the Saints get back Alvin Kamara and probably offensive left tackle Terron Armstead, too, along with stepping way down in class drawing the Jets.

This should result in the Saints ending their losing skid with a resounding victory.

New Orleans still is playing for its season. The Jets are in full rebuild mode with a broken offense and a worn down defense nearly devoid of any above average talent they possessed before injuries. The Jets are 1-4 SU and ATS in their last five games.

The Jets have a league-worst 25 turnovers with 20 interceptions, most in the NFL. Zach Wilson is back under center. He actually could be the worst of New York's four QB's who have played this season with a 6-to-11 touchdown-to-interception ratio. The Jets haven't scored more than 21 points during any of their past four games. They are minus their two top running backs, Michael Carter and Tevin Coleman, and are going against the No. 5 run defense in the league.

Kamara is the key to the Saints' offense leading the team in rushing and receiving. Taysom Hill is a read-option QB. The Jets have the worst defense in the NFL giving up the most points and yards per game.

The Saints have been a strong road spread team under Payton covering 69 percent of their past 52 away games. The Jets are 1-7 ATS this season when getting between 3 1/2 and 9 1/2 points.
