The Rays can cover the Over just by themselves. Tampa Bay is leading the majors in runs averaging 7.4 per game.

Tampa Bay also draws maybe the most ineffective starter in the majors, Patrick Corbin. The 33-year-old Corbin was 6-19 with a 6.31 ERA last season, his third straight losing season. Corbin was terrible in his first game this season, giving up four runs (two earned) on seven hits in three-plus innings in a 7-2 loss to the Braves six days ago.

The Rays are No. 3 in the majors in homers and sixth in batting average at .277.

Anything the Nationals can contribute offensively will be a bonus as the Rays are pitching ace Shane McClanahan.

Both starters are lefties and the wind is blowing out to left at 10-15 mph so that's a plus for the Over.
