Today I am taking the Houston Texans as 3.5 point home favorites against the Oakland Raiders. The Texans were up 7 on Oakland in the 4th quarter in Mexico City with Derek Carr at the helm this year. With Connor Cook getting his first career NFL start and first real playing time since the most embarrassing College Football Playoff loss of all time last year against Alabama. Cook wasn't even getting reps all year because McGloin was getting the back up reps at practice. Houston is good at home and with the top ranked defense in the NFL its going to be a long day for the Raiders. Take Houston as their defense propels them to more than likely a date with Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.
