This early afternoon I am taking the Pittsburgh Pirates as small home favorites against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Pirates have dropped 4 straight but have their ace going and he will step up big and put a stop to this losing streak. Jameson Taillon takes the mound and he deserves better than his 1-2 record. He has been spectacular at home allowing 2 runs in 12 innings. He gave up 1 run in 7 innings against the Cardinals, only to have the bullpen blow that win for him and then last time out he got credited a complete game because their contest against SF was shortened by rain. He tossed 5 innings giving up 1 run and was extremely strong again. Look for Taillon to deliver and for the Bucs to get back in the Win column. Take Pittsburgh!
