This is a 10* AL EAST TOM on the OVER Rays/Jays.

Toronto has lost two straight after yesterday's 4-3 series-opening setback to the Rays.

Toronto got off to a decent start this year, while Tampa struggled out of the gate. It's the Jays with the 19-24 record though, while the Rays are now 24-22.

Regardless, note that Toronto has still seen the total eclipse the posted number in eight of its last 12 in trying to avenge a division home loss vs. an opponent.

Zach Eflin gets the expected start for the Rays, while Kevin Gausman coutners for the Jays.

These two guys are great, and I really like both, but I'm still expecting each to "get the hook early."

I say this O/U line is now a bit TOO low, as I look for the hungry Jays to finally get on the board here.

The overall situation, combined with the trends point to this total flying OVER the number sooner, rather than later in my opinion.
